As per S53 (1)(a) of the legislation, if a person requires water for the use of a dialysis machine or requires water for a special need of another kind, they can submit a request to be put on the preserved supply register.
In the event of a service interruption that will affect that supply address, we must give notice by using the persons preferred contact details recorded, by any form of electronic means, or failing that, via post or delivery to the supply address.
